Jenny, who joins as banking partner, has extensive experience in project and real estate finance, with particular expertise in growth debt, advising lenders and high-growth companies on lending transactions.
Oliver has been appointed as an associate in the banking and finance team.

He has spent eight years at legal services firm DWF, acting for a wide range of lenders as well as both mid-market and large corporate borrowers across all aspects of lending.
